For default in the payment of debt and performance of obligations secured by Deed of Trust dated May 8, 2008, executed by Roy A. Whitley and Barbara Whitley, husband and wife, and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in Miller County, Missouri, on May 9, 2008, in Book 2008, Page 2879, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on August 9, 2024, at 1:00 p.m., at the South door of the Miller County Courthouse, 2001 Highway 52, Tuscumbia, Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash the property more particularly described as follows:

A tract of land situated in and being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 42 North, Range 14 West, Miller County, Missouri, lying West of County Road M-10, being more particularly described as follows:

This sale is being accomplished to satisfy debts and costs associated with said Deed of Trust.
