Section 415-400 to 415-430, and due to the repeated failure to pay monthly lease on storage unit lease, the following Lessee’s stored items will be sold to the highest bidder. Sale to be conducted by StoreLocal Lake Ozark Self Storage. Bidding will start at 11:00 a.m. and will end at 11:30 a.m. The highest bidder will be announced @ 11:45 a.m. and will be required to empty the entire unit by 4:00 p.m. February 14, 2026. All sales are final and must be paid for with CREDIT/DEBIT.
