By virtue of an execution issued by the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Miller County, Missouri, arising out of a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri, in Case No. 24ML-CC00023, and to me, as sheriff, directed and delivered, in favor of the plaintiff Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, and against the defendants Amanda Rae Power; United States of America, Department of Agriculture, Rural Housing Service; Unknown Spouse, if any, of Amanda Rae Power; John Doe (Tenant/Occupant); and Mary Doe (Tenant/Occupant), I have levied upon and seized all of the right, title, interest, and estate of the defendant Amanda Rae Power in and to the following described real estate, situated in Miller County, Missouri, to wit:

which I shall expose at public sale to the highest bidder for cash on the 5th day of March, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Front Entrance of the Miller County Courthouse, 2001 State Route 52, Tuscumbia, MO 65082, to satisfy said judgment and costs.
