NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue and authority of Execution issued from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Cole County, Missouri, returnable on April 21, 2025, and to me directed, in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, interest and claim of the said Defendant of, in and to the following-described real estate, to-wit:

All lying and being in the said Miller County and State of Missouri, and I will on Friday, the 12th day of September, 2025, between the hours of nine o’clock in the forenoon and five o’clock in the afternoon of that day at the South door of the Miller County Courthouse in the City of Tuscumbia, County of Miller sell the same, or so much thereof as may be required, at public vendue, to the highest bidder, for cash in hand (subject to all prior liens and judgments), to satisfy said execution and costs.
