To Whom It May Concern and to all persons interested:

Notice is hereby given that at 5:30 p.m. on July 24th, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Works Building, 1000 Highway Y Eldon, MO 65026 will consider Lot Split Application.

CASE NO. P&Z 15-2023 Lot Split for the properties to which the application applies to is legally described and generally located as follows: 610 N Mill St.

APPLICANT: Danny and Debbie Wisecup

Tract 1

A tract of land situated in and being a part of Lot 3 of “Sacred Meadow Subdivision”, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book A, Page 883 in the office of Recorder, Miller County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at the NW Corner of said Lot 3; thence along the West line of said Lot 3, S 02o 43’ 21” W, a distance of 99.43 feet to a Set ½ inch rebar; thence leaving said West line S 86o 45’ 38” E, a distance of 98.63 feet to a Set ½ inch rebar; thence N 02o 55’ 30” E, a distance of 99.37 feet to a Set ½ inch rebar on the North line of said Lot 3; thence following said North line N 86o 43’ 35” W, a distance of 98.98 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Containing 9,826.58 square feet or 0.23 Acres.

Commencing at the NW Corner of said Lot 3; thence along the West line of said Lot 3, S 02o 43’ 21” W, a distance of 99.43 feet to a set ½ inch rebar, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing S 02o 43’ 21” W, a distance of 164.48 feet to a set ½ inch rebar at the SW Corner of said Lot 3; thence following the South Line of said Lot 3 S 88o 04’ 43” E, a distance of 98.06 feet to a ½ inch rebar;  thence leaving said South line N 02o 55’ 30” E, a distance of 162.22 feet to a set ½ inch rebar; thence N 86o 45’ 38” W, a distance of 98.63 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
