To Whom It May Concern and to all persons interested:
Notice is hereby given that at 5:30 p.m. on May 22nd, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Works Building, 1000 Highway Y Eldon, MO 65026 will consider Rezoning and Lot Combination Application.
CASE NO. P&Z 10-2023 and 11-2023 Rezoning and Lot Combination for the properties to which the application applies to is legally described and generally located as follows: Lot 2 and 3 Old Tuscumbia Rd.
APPLICANT: DCD Investments
All of lots 2 and 3 in OLD TUSCUMBIA SUBDIVISION, a subdivision filed at Cabinet A, Slide 890 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Miller County, Missouri and being that part of the southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 41 North, Range 15 West, Miller County, Missouri more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence N03°00’26”E – 2655.47 ft. to the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of said Section 4; thence along and with the North line of the southeast quarter of said Section 4, N88°48’30”W – 30.02 ft to the northeast corner of the tract of land described in the Warranty Deed filed at Document 2018-5238 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Miller County, Missouri; thence continue N88°48’30”W – 120.5 ft. to the northeast corner of the tract of land described in the Deed filed at Document 2112-2797 in the Miller County, Missouri Deed Records; thence departing the North line of the southeast quarter of said Section 4, S03°00’26”W – 125.0 ft. to the southeast corner of the tract of land described in said deed filed at Document 2112-2797; thence departing the southeast corner of said referenced tract of land and continue S03°00’26”W – 5.0 ft. to an iron pin set on the northwest corner of Lot 2 of OLD TUSCUMBIA SUBDIVISION and the POINT OF BEGINNING for the herein described tract of land; thence continue S03°00’26”W – 160.0 ft. to the southwest corner of Lot 3 of OLD TUSCUMBIA SUBDIVISION on the North line of a 40 ft. wide private road; thence along the North line of said 40 ft. private road S88°48’30’E – 120.5 ft to the southeast corner of said Lot 3 of OLD TUSCUMBIA SUBDIVISION on the West line of Old Tuscumbia Road: thence departing the South line of the 40 ft. wide private road along and with the West line of Old Tuscumbia Road N03°00’26”E – 160.0 ft to the northeast corner of Lot 2 of OLD TUSCUMBIA SUBDIVISION; thence departing the West line of Old Tuscumbia Road along and with the South line of Lot 1 in OLD TUSCUMBIA SUBDIVISION, N88°48’30’W – 120.5 ft. to the point of beginning.
