Notice is hereby given that at 5:30 p.m. on May 22nd, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Works Building, 1000 Highway Y Eldon, MO 65026 will consider Lot Split Application.
CASE NO. P&Z 13-2023 and 14-2023 Lot Split for the properties to which the application applies to is legally described and generally located as follows: 903 and 911 Colorado Ave.
APPLICANT: Kyle Niekamp
A tract of land located in and being part of the NW ¼ of Section 3, Township 41 North, Range 15 West said tract of land being the part of the same lands described in Document Number 2017-2999 in the Office of the Recorder, Miller County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a ½ rebar, stamped LS 2115, located at the SW corner of Lot 1, Colorado Place, a subdivision of record found in Plat Book A, Page 864 (Doc. No. 2018-4511) in the Records of Miller County, thence South 77° 03’ 44” West, 55.98 feet, to a set ½ inch rebar on the Westerly right of way of Colorado Street, and the POINT OF BEGINNING, thence continuing along said Westerly right of way, North 03° 08’ 58” East, 311.97 feet to a set ½ inch rebar, thence leaving said Westerly right of way, North 87° 47’ 23” West, along the Southerly line of a tract of land described by deed, found in Document Number 2012-4770, 212.56 feet to a set ½ inch rebar, thence leaving said Southerly line, South 03° 09’ 32” West, along the East line of tract of land described by deed, found in Book 306, Page 623, 312.07 feet to a set ½ inch rebar, thence leaving said East line, South 87° 49’ 00” East, 212.61 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 66314.50 Square Feet or 1.52 acres.
