A tract of land situated in and being a part of Section 33, T 42 N, R 15 W, said tract of land being all of Lot 8, Block G of Smith's Addition Amended, as found in SCA-1023 in the Office of the Recorder, Miller County, Missouri. Containing 41,665.79 Square Feet or 0.96 Acres.
