On February 12, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Lake Ozark City Hall, 3162 Bagnell Dam Blvd, the Board of Adjustment shall conduct a public hearing to consider authorizing a variance of City Code 405.370; Swimming Pool Setbacks for the property located at 10 Princess Point, Lake Ozark, MO 65049. The 10-foot setback requirement has been requested for a variance to a 9-foot setback in order to build a pool. Additionally, 405.280 Accessory Structures requiring no accessory structure be constructed within 10 feet of a principal structure; the requested variance is to be a 1-foot separation.
