Notice is hereby given that at 5:30 p.m. on September 29th, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Works Building, 1001 Highway Y Eldon, MO 65026 will consider a Lot Combination Application.
CASE NO. P&Z 05-2025 Lot Combination for the property to which the application applies to is legally described and generally
located as follows: 612 E. 8th St.
APPLICANT: Delbert Hayes
Legal Description: A tract of land situated in and being a part of the Section 3, T 41 N, R15 W, said tract of land being all of Lots 28 & 30, Block 1, Brockman’s 2nd Addition to Eldon, as shown on the plat of record, found in Plat Book 1, Page 45, in the Office of the Recorder, Miller County, Missouri.
Containing 9,789.72 Square Feet.
