To Whom It May Concern and to all person interested:
Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 p.m. on July 8th, 2025, the City of Eldon Board of Alderman, Public Works Building, 1000 Highway Y, Eldon, MO 65026, will consider vacating a portion of West High Street.
The property to which the vacating applies to is legally described and generally located as follows:
West High Street between Block 4 of Welch’s Addition and Smith’s Addition, running East and West from North Godfrey Street to North Walnut Street in the City of Eldon, Missouri.
