Public Hearing

To Whom It May Concern and to all persons interested:

Notice is hereby given that at 5:30 p.m. on June 30, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Works Building, 1001 Highway Y, Eldon, MO, 65026 will consider a Lot Combination Application.

CASE NO. P&Z 03-2025 Lot Split for the property to which the application applies to is legally described and generally located as follows: 1011 and 1007 S. Grand Ave.

APPLICANT: Fuller Center of Housing of Miller County.

Legal Description: A tract of land lying entirely in Section 4, Township 41 North, Range 15 West, City of Eldon, Miller County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows; BEGINNING at an iron pin at the southeast corner of lot 8, block 21, City of Eldon, a subdivision of record in Miller County, Missouri, commence North 87° 25’ 25” West along the northerly right-of-way of West Eleventh Street, a distance of 130.38 feet, platted distance of 132.00 feet, to an iron pin at the southwest corner of said lot 8, thence depart said right-of-way and commence North 03° 15’ 07” East along the easterly right-of-way of a 16 feet wide alley a distance of 99.94 feet, platted distance of 100.00 feet, to an iron pin at the northwest corner of lot 7, Block 21, City of Eldon, thence depart said right-of-way and commence along the lot line, common to lots 6 and 7, of said Block 21, South 87° 13’ 14” East, a distance of 130.59 feet, platted distance of 132.00 feet, to an iron pin on the northeast corner of said lot 7 on the westerly right-of-way of South Grand Avenue, thence commence along said right-of-way South 03° 22’ 24” West, a distance of 100.08 feet, platted distance of 100.00 feet, returning to an iron pin at the POINT OF BEGINNING.
