Notice is hereby given that at 5:30 p.m. on June 2nd, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission, Public Works Building, 1001 Highway Y Eldon, MO 65026 will consider a Lot Split Application.
CASE NO. P&Z 02-2025 Lot Split for the property to which the application applies to is legally described and generally located as follows: Aurora St. behind Walmart.
APPLICANT: Richie Hees
Legal Description: A tract of land being part of a tract of land as described in Document 2025-682, Miller County Records, being part of Lots 3, and 4, of “Southgate Estates”, a subdivision of record, Miller County, records, said tract being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 41 N, Range 15 W, Miller county, Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an existing iron pin at the Northeast corner of of Lot 2, of “Southgate Estates”, a subdivision of record, in Miller County Missouri, also being on the West line of Aurora St.; thence N02º51’42”E, along said West line, 50.08 feet, to an iron pin, and the point of beginning; thence continuing N02º51’43”E, 465.36 feet, to an iron pin at the Southeast corner of a tract of land as described in Document 2021-5793, Miller County records; thence N88º23’06”W, 174.74 feet, to an iron pin at the Southwest corner of last said tract, also being on the East line of a tract of land as described in Book 406, at Page 158, Miller County records; thence along the lines of last said tract the following course: thence S02º48’08”W, 112.81 feet, to an existing iron pin; thence N87º00’37”W, 25.41 feet, to an iron pin; thence leaving said line, S02º51’42”W, 48.81 feet to an iron pin; thence S87º08’18”E, 100.00 feet, to an iron pin; thence S02º51’42”W, 305.54 feet, to an iron pin; thence N89º41’25”E, 100.15 feet, to the pint of beginning. Containing 1.38 acres, more or less.
