THE STATE of Missouri to the above-named Defendants:
You are hereby notified that an action has been commenced against you in the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri, the object and general nature of which is to quiet title on the real property described as:
Lot 4 Forest Ridge Sub – SEC-02, Twp-40, Rng-16
Parcel # 13-1.0-02-000-000-012.008
Also known as: All of Lot No. 4 FOREST RIDGE SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of record in Miller County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof on file and of record at Plat Book 9, Page 2, Miller County Recorder’s Office.
Subject to all easements, restrictions, reservations, and conditions of record and to all existing roads and power lines, whether of record or not.
The names of all parties to said suit are stated above in the caption hereof, and the name and address of the Attorney for PlaintiffS is Michael L. McDorman, 2140 Bagnell Dam Blvd, Suite 401, Lake Ozark, Missouri 65049.
You are further notified that, unless you file an answer or other pleadings or shall otherwise appear and defend against aforesaid Petition within 45 days after the 5th day of March 2026, judgment by default will be rendered against you.
It is ordered that a copy hereof be published according to law in the Advertiser newspaper for general circulation published in the County of Miller, State of Missouri.
