Cannon, Lonnie Ray Cannon, Jr., Charles Wayne Cannon, Lora Robinett Miller, Kenneth James Robinett, Dawn Robinett Forrester, Jason Cole Robinett, Lesa Lyn Robinett Hale, Jamie Lynn Robinett, Susan Robinett Klick, Barbara Moss Turnage, Juanita Renee Moss Monteer, Kenneth Wayne Cannon, Sandra Robinett, Shirley Robinette, Orin Robinette, John A. Robinette and Teresa L. Robinette and all other persons, known or unknown, interested or claiming an interest in the property herein described, as an heir, or through an heir, of the above-named decedent.
You are hereby notified that a Petition has been filed in the above court by DONALD M. ROBINETT, for the determination of heirs of NORA E. ROBINETT, deceased, and of his/her respective interest as such heir in and with respect to the following described property owned by said decedent at the time of death or thereafter, to-wit:
A tract of land lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 39 North, Range 15 West, Miller County, Missouri, and described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8 run North 88 degrees 45 minutes West along and with the section line and along Missouri State Highway No. 42 and a thirty foot County road a distance of 332.3 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence continue North 88 degrees 45 minutes West 287.7 feet; thence departing said section line South 1 degree 15 minutes West 210.0 feet; thence South 88 degrees 45 minutes East 240.1 feet to the centerline of the 40 foot Kaiser Road; thence North 13 degrees 59 minutes East along said centerline 215.4 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Subject to right of way of Missouri State Highway 42 and the County Roads on the North and East of the above described parcel.
Subject to all restrictions and reservations, conditions and easements of record.
