NOTICE TO: The unknown heirs of Adil Abazi.
You are hereby notified that there has been filed in this Court a Petition to Determine Heirship affecting the following property:
Lot No. Eight (8), in Block No. Five (5) of Jones Subdivision, a subdivision in Miller County, Missouri, as shown by the plat thereof recorded in the Recorder’s Office of said County in Plat Book No. 4, Page 14. Subject to all restrictions, reservations, conditions, easements and exceptions of record and to any roadways or power lines whether of record or not.
Said matter will be heard on December 12th, 2023, at 1:00 o’clock p.m. in the Courthouse in Tuscumbia, Miller County, Missouri.
The names of all parties in the action are stated in the caption above and the name and address of the attorney for the petitioner is Robert J. Seek, P O Box 191, Eldon, MO 65026.
You are further notified that unless you file an answer to the pleading or otherwise appear and defend against this action within 45 days after October 26, 2023, judgment by default will be entered.
