DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP
To: Claudia Droste, John D. Curd, Jr., Robert Meyer and all unknown heirs of the decedent and al persons known or believed to claim any interest in the property outlined below as an heir or through an heir of the decedent.
You are hereby notified that you are entitled to appear and be heard at a hearing to be held on May 27, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Miller County, Tuscumbia, Missouri 65082, on a petition to determine the heirs of the above-named decedent, who died on January 11, 2017, and their respective interests as heirs in the following described property.
Should you fail to appear, judgment and decree may be entered in due course upon said Petition.
Description of Property:
The Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Twelve (12), Township Forty (40), Range Fifteen (15), more particularly described as follows, to wit: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the said Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section Twelve, thence North on section line to a small branch; thence in a Southeast direction with meanders of said branch until it intersects the line between the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter and the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of said Section 12; thence West on said line to the place of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less.
Subject to all restrictions, reservations, conditions, easements and exceptions of record and to any roadways or power lines whether of record or not.
