You are hereby notified that you are entitled to appear and be heard at a hearing to be held on March 24, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Miller County, Courthouse, Tuscumbia, Missouri 65082, on a petition to determine the heirs of the above-named decedent, who died on January 3, 2025, and their respective interests as heirs in the following described property.
Should you fail to appear, judgment and decree may be entered in due course upon said Petition.
