To: Alanie Grace Bennett and Lyla Rose Bennett, to all unknown and unascertained heirs at law of CODY A. BENNETT, deceased, and all persons known or unknown claiming an interest in the estate of CODY A. BENNETT, deceased, as an heir or through and heir of CODY A. BENNETT.
You are hereby notified that CHERYL FLEISCHMANN, Petitioner, has filed a Petition to Determine Heirship, the object and general nature of which is to ask the court to determine and declare Alanie Grace Bennett and Lyla Rose Bennett, are the heirs of CODY A. BENNETT, deceased, who died intestate on May 26, 2023, and their respective interests as heirs in the following described property:
People Savings Bank Check No. 102020, Estate of Brian K. Fleischmann.
You are further notified that unless you file an answer or other pleading or shall otherwise appear and defend against the aforesaid petition within 45 days after March 6, 2025, a judgment adverse to your interest will be entered against you.
