EMPHASIS: Water Patrol Division Schedules Buoy Hearing
The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Water Patrol Division announces the following information pursuant to Section 306.124 RSMo.
The Water Patrol Division is conducting a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2023, at Osage Beach City Hall, 1000 City Parkway, Osage Beach, Missouri, for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to uniform marking of water areas on Lake of the Ozarks in Miller County. All persons having submitted requests will be notified of time and place.
The public is invited to attend the hearing. If assistance is required due to a hearing or physical disability, please notify Clerk Typist III Sydney Kendrick, Water Patrol Division, at 573-751-5071, so accommodations may be made. Additional details on the exact location of the applications may be obtained from the Water Patrol Division website.
Buoy applications for individual docks and/or commercial docks will be heard for the following property owners:
Brian Allensworth; Jacques Laboile; Jeff Beal; Nancy Mallory.
