NOTICE OF HEARING
TO: Michael H. Hees, and to all other unknown persons who claim any interest in the property of Carl Henry Hees, deceased, as an heir of said decedent or through any heir of said decedent:
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the above court by Michael H. Hees, 22433 Hwy. 00, Barnett, Missouri 65011, for the determination of the heirs of Carl Henry Hees, deceased, and of the respective interests of such heirs in and with respect to the property described on Exhibit 1, attached hereto, owned by said decedent at the time of death.
Petitioner's attorney is John E. Slayton, whose business address is Saab & Associates, 13 Court Circle SW, P.O. Box 1108, Camdenton, Missouri 65020.
You are hereby required to appear in answer to said petition on or before the 27th day of October, 2026, at 1:00 o'clock p.m. of said day in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Miller County, Missouri at Tuscumbia, Miller County, Missouri, at which time and place said Petition will be heard. Should you fail therein, judgment may be entered in due course upon said Petition.
