Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the of the Bagnell Special Road District of Miller County, State of Missouri, to persons wishing to file a declaration of candidacy to appear as a candidate for the Bagnell Special Road District for a three year term for the April 2, 2024 General Municipal Day Election. That an election will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 beginning at six o’clock a.m. and closing at seven o’clock p.m., of said day, to vote upon the following: BAGNELL SPECIAL ROAD DISTRICT COMMISSIONER FOR A TERM OF THREE YEARS.
Those wishing to file for Bagnell Special Road District Commissioner three year term may do so at the Miller County Clerk’s office at the Miller County Courthouse, 2001 Hwy. 52, in Tuscumbia, Mo., from 8:00 a.m. December 5, 2023 to 5:00 p.m., December 26, 2023.
