Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the Lake of the Ozarks Area Business District of Miller County, State of Missouri, to persons wishing to file a declaration of candidacy to appear as a candidate for Business District of Miller County Small Lodging Category (1 to 50 units) and Business District of Miller County Medium Lodging Category (51 to 299 units) for a three- year term for the April 2, 2024 Election. That an election will be held on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, beginning at eight o’clock a.m. and closing at four o’clock p.m., of said day, to vote.
Those wishing to file for Business District of Miller County Small Lodging Category (1 to 50 units) OR Business District of Miller County Medium Lodging Category (51 to 299 units) three-year term may do so at the Miller County Clerk’s office at the Miller County Courthouse, 2001 Hwy. 52, in Tuscumbia, Mo., from 8:00 a.m. starting December 5th, to 5:00 p.m. December 26th.
