On September 4, 2025, Recreation and Retirement Enterprises, Inc. filed its Articles of Dissolution by Voluntary Action with the Missouri Secretary of State. The dissolution was effective on September 4, 2025. You are hereby notified that if you believe you have a claim against the Corporation, you must submit a written summary of the circumstances surrounding your claim against the Corporation to Kenneth L. Oswald, 58 Hwy. 87, Eldon, MO 65026. The summary of your claim must include the following information:
The name, address, and telephone number of the claimant; the amount of the claim; the date on which the event on which the claim is based occurred; a brief description of the basis of the claim; and any documentation relating to the claim.
All claims against Recreation and Retirement Enterprises, Inc. will be barred unless proceedings to enforce the claim are commenced within two (2) years after publication of this notice.
