Notice is hereby given that Clinton A. Jenkins, Clerk of the Miller County Commission, will conduct the Public Logic & Accuracy Test for the November 3, 2026 GENERAL ELECTION at 9:00 A.M.,
October 1, 2026 in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission, Commission Chambers, Floor 2, 2001 Hwy 52, Tuscumbia, Mo. 65082.
The tentative agenda of the meeting includes:
• Convening of the Public Logic & Accuracy Team.
• Diagnostic, internal logic and accuracy test of the precinct counters for the November 3, 2026 Election Absentee Equipment.
• Adjournment.
The public is invited to view the test.
