Haircuts, backpacks and more! It’s time for the Eldon Back to School Fair.
The event, from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Aug. 7, is at the Central Ozarks Medical Clinic/tornado shelter building at the elementary school campus.
The free event is open to all Eldon students and will include backpacks, hygiene items, socks, underwear, shoes, haircuts and more.
Stylists from Studio 54 will be on-hand to do hair cuts. They are on a first-come, first-served basis as time allows.
Organizations and agencies taking part in the event include the Central Ozarks Medical Center (hygiene bags), Parents As Teachers, Miller County Health Department, Citizens Against Domestic Violence, Serve Eldon (socks and underwear) and Eldon First Baptist Church (shoes).
