If you have been a little tired lately, this weekend will give you a chance to get an extra hour sleep.
Daylight Saving Time will officially end at 2 a.m. this Sunday, Nov. 5. Residents are reminded to set their clocks back one hour when retiring Saturday night. It also is a good time to check the batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
For an easier way to remember which way to turn the clocks, just remember the saying “Spring forward and Fall back.”
