PUBLIC NOTICE: LAKE OZARK SELF STORAGE AUCTION, 9:00 a.m., March 28, 2024 @ 10 Allen Rd., Eldon, Mo. 65026, for units F-15 and F-16.
In Compliance with the MO Self Storage Act. Section 415-400 to 415-430 and due to the repeated failure to pay monthly lease on storage unit lease, the following Lessee’s stored items will be sold to the highest bidder. Sale to be conducted by Lake Ozark Self Storage. Bidding will start March 28, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 9:30 a.m. The highest bidder will be announced @ 9:45 a.m. & will be required to empty the entire unit by 5:00 p.m., March 28, 2024. All sales are final and must be paid for with CREDIT/DEBIT/CASH ACCEPTED. Lake Ozark Self Storage has the right to refuse any/all bids on said units. Rain or Shine! Public Welcome!
