PUBLIC NOTICE LAKE OZARK SELF STORAGE AUCTION 9:00 a.m. June 21, 2023 @ 10 Allen Rd. Eldon, Mo. 65026 for units
C-4, C-5 and OS-34, and June 27, 2023 for units J-17/18 and OS-32.
In Compliance with the MO Self Storage Act. Section 415-400 to 415-430 and due to the repeated failure to pay monthly lease on storage unit lease, the following Lessee’s stored items will be sold to the highest bidder.
Sale to be conducted by Lake Ozark Self Storage. Bidding will start at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 9:30 a.m. The highest bidder will be announced @ 9:45 a.m. & will be required to empty the entire unit by 5:00 p.m., April 20, 2023.
All sales are final and must be paid for with CREDIT/DEBIT/CASH ACCEPTED. Lake Ozark Self Storage has the right to refuse any/all bids on said units. Rain or Shine! Public Welcome!
